I would like to tell you a little bit about my back ground and my philosophy.  I have been in the construction industry just about all my life. Growing up in a family with a solid back ground in construction its no secret how I gained my knowledge in the industry. I Graduated high school at a young age and went to work in the field gaining hands on experience of how every element of the construction process went together. After learning all the trades I became a project manager and then onto starting my own company in 2004. I am a Florida State Licensed contractor and also hold a Florida Real Estate license as well. I have Plenty of experience in the Local Real Estate Market as well. I found it very beneficial to my customers to not only be knowledgeable as a professional Home builder but to understand the Local market to insure the best investment for my customers.  

I pay careful attention to color coordination and detail. My slogan “Building Homes with Distinction”  is exactly what I do. I believes that every element in the design process is very important to gain the Distinctive curb appeal that makes your homes stand out from the rest. You can take drive thru any neighborhood I have built in and you can easily pick out the Distinctive look and detail of a “Distinctive” Aaron Simque Home.  

I believe that Quality in construction is the back bone of my company. Aaron Simque Homes uses only top Quality material and well trained and experienced Tradesman. My team of professional contractors have a long relationship with my company and provide a solid reputation for a consistent product with a solid warranty. I believe that establishing a strong relationship with my tradesman is more important than going with the low price leader. This philosophy is what keeps loyalty and responsibility in workmanship and that is what I pass on to you.
